The training will cover pre-appeal issues; rights of appeal including the relevant tests and evidence; timeline of the appeal including the local authority response, further evidence and pre-hearing preparation; the hearing and what to expect on the day. The daily rate for schools, colleges and local authority training applies whether it is commissioned directly by or on behalf of a school, college or local authority.
