We provide a range of services to both parent carers and professionals. This covers advice, advocacy, case work, expert training, consultancy and professional supervision. Everything we do has a primary focus - ensuring children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) receive the education and support they are legally entitled to.

Our Director, Claire Jackson, has over 20 years experience in SEND which includes advising parents of children and young people with SEND and assisting them them with the SEND Tribunal appeal process.

Our aim is to offer realistic, straightforward and expert advice to parent carers who may be in conflict with their local authority concerning the educational support for their children or young people. In our experience, parent carers know their children and young people best, regardless of the expertise of the professionals involved. We also know that if children and young people’s needs are met, this is often the first step towards achieving successful outcomes and positive life experiences. Early advice and support enables parent carers to make informed decisions about their children and young people.
